The role-play can be an extremely powerful tool to help trainees see where they stand in the application of skills or concepts. They bring to life the substance of any relationship skills training experience. Role-plays can be an illuminating injection of energy into the training session.
It is, however, critical that you engage quality actors, orient and prepare them to a brief, and professionally project manage the process.

In essence, there are many ways that a role-play can be set-up and debriefed and we can work with you to design the ideal process.
Talent management and logistics can be handled entirely by our full time production team ensuring that your training program is not interrupted. All logistics – casting, contracting, orientation, call sheets, directions to locations, contingencies etc – are project managed from coup HQ.
