The two workshops can be taken in concert or individually, although we do recommend that the Development Conversation workshop is included in the experience.
The Development Conversation workshop acknowledges that at the heart of professional consulting is a quality conversation. This is a practical and insightful learning experience that helps learners to put the client/customer/business partner and their needs at the heart of the conversation.
The Persuasive Communication workshop shows learners how to convert a good conversation into a value proposition; either delivered as a presentation, another conversation or a pitch document; proposal, business letter or email.
