Engagement 2008
22 April, 2008
Employee engagement drives organisational success. It is a leading indicator for creating sustainable, profitable organisations. Therefore, creating the environment and leadership capabilities that strengthen engagement must be a priority for business leaders and HR professionals.
In early 2008, Corporate Dramatist, David McCubbin, interviewed a number of authorities from North America, Europe and Asia on their views and practices with respect to strengthening employee engagement. The Australian perspective will also be included. The conversation covers a range of market conditions, industries and cultures. Viewers will gain insights into differences in employment markets, a range of proven strategies for engaging hearts and minds and some universal truths about leadership.
