Aurecon Case Study
coup assisted Aurecon during a major Organisational Development project by producing a drama highlighting the power of a constructive culture in a firm of consulting engineers. Thanks to Gai Roper, Chris Kirk and Paul Hardy for agreeing to speak about the experience.
This was a significant piece of work that began with extensive Discovery about what the change process was seeking to achieve and what were some of the legacy attitudes, behaviours and personalities that need ed to be represented in order for a new vision of the organisation to have credibility.
Script development took about a month. The production was shot over four days and post production took roughly three weeks. The writer/director was David McCubbin.
The drama was translated in to several foreign languages for screening with Aurecon's international audience, and as reported in the video, the change events where very effective.
