We can tailor packages for groups of differing sizes, industry and levels of experience. However in our experience, effective customisation of a training program happens in the moment; in the room when the dialogue between trainer/facilitator and the program participants begins.
coup designs and delivers training workshops to elevate performance and relationship skills with:

We adhere to the following development process to ensure clarity and accountability for the delivery of results.
Discovery
The first step is to identify and articulate the ‘business need’; a clear statement of the purpose of the training sessions. Then to identify well-defined outcomes and to establish a common view of the best approach for communicating with an identified target audience.
Design
At coup, we design our training workshops as we would a theatrical event, with as much attention given to the energetic arc as to the intellectual journey, so that the participant "audience" is thoroughly engaged throughout the session. We develop training sessions that combine clarity of argument with good humour and opportunities for fun role-play interaction.
Delivery
coup delivers its programs with the commitment to performance inherent in professional acting. Care is given to the elements of delivery that ensure a professional, moving performance. Indeed, theatre is a tool we use to great effect when shedding light on the drama of business.
